1 General Provisions

y6bit ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and cricket betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to the y6bit website, mobile version, and all services provided through the platform. As a user, you acknowledge that:

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on y6bit, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• A valid bank account or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) account in your own name.
• A valid National Identity Card (NID) or equivalent identity document for verification.
• Only one account is permitted per person.

2.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false information, using a fake identity, or opening an account in someone else's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.3 Identity Verification

y6bit reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. We may request necessary documents for payment processing or account-related matters. Failure to submit verification documents within the specified time may result in temporary account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the y6bit platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per method.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The payment method name, mobile number, or bank account must be the same for both deposit and withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it can be withdrawn only after wagering requirements are met.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing funds from another person's account or withdrawing to another person's account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and the associated funds will be returned.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

y6bit offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and the bonus applies up to a maximum of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The received bonus must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 Other Bonus Terms

• If wagering requirements are not met within the set time after a bonus is awarded, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• y6bit reserves the right to cancel or modify bonuses under special circumstances.
• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in that offer's description.

5 Gaming & Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

y6bit is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. We use SSL encryption and fair play technology to prevent bias or manipulation in game results.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y6bit platform:

• Intentionally identifying and exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Disrespectful or abusive behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.

5.3 Technical Errors

y6bit reserves the right to void transactions or game results caused by technical issues or system errors. In such cases, any rewards or funds incorrectly awarded as a result of an error will be reclaimed.

5.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for various games and betting markets on the platform. These limits are displayed directly in the game interface and may change from time to time.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

y6bit's VIP program has five tiers, awarded based on player activity. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on a player's overall activity. y6bit reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms, cashback rates, and eligibility criteria.

7 Responsible Gaming

y6bit strongly believes in responsible gaming principles. We place the highest priority on the well-being and mental health of our users.

7.1 Self-Limitation Tools

Users can set the following limits on their own accounts:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Maximum loss limits.
• Session time limits.
• Self-exclusion — closing the account for a specified period.

7.2 Protection of Minors

Account creation and participation on y6bit is for users aged 21 and above only. We follow an age verification process to prevent minors from participating in gaming activities. • Money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

8.2 Termination by User

Users may request to close their account at any time. All valid balances (subject to bonus wagering requirements) may be withdrawn before account closure. The request must be submitted through the support team.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from y6bit is prohibited.

13 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through the relevant legal process.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali version and the English version of the terms and conditions, the Bengali version shall prevail.
